Cemetery Crater is a small explosion crater located in Papatoetoe, Auckland. It has a rather checkered history, losing its volcano status back in 1968. However in 2011, a depression and surrounding rim were clearly visible on detailed contour mapping from Auckland Council and was again classified as a separate volcano.
