Pigeon Mountain (Ōhuiarangi) is a scoria cone in the suburb of Half Moon Bay, Auckland. It is the eastern most volcano in the Auckland Volcanic Field. It started as an explosive eruption, forming a large crater and tuff ring (approximately 500 meters wide). Once eruptions turned dry a scoria cone was built.
